This week we are pleased to announce our newest listing at 1705 Fulton Street.
When introducing a home to you we are often limited to its physical description but this time, you are in for a rare treat – the owners have shared about their experience living at 1705 Fulton including some of their special memories.

For two weeks in December, neighbors decorate their homes individually, and everyone comes together to display small trees near the street lit with old-fashioned, multi-colored lights. It has been “dark” only twice – 1942 (WWII) and 1974 (the energy crisis).
Multiple generations of local and Bay Area families make a drive down Fulton a part of
their holiday – grandparents who came as children, today bringing their grandchildren.
Traditions bring people together, and we’ve been privileged over nearly 40 years to be
part of this exceptional community. A few examples:
And these last two stories are our favorites because they happened to us.
Christmas Tree Lane is a special place to live but also gives a lot to our community.
Fulton Street has that effect on people. This has been a special experience. It takes a
