Homes that are perfectly presented sell best. My role on the team is to manage and coordinate the numerous details involved with the visual presentation of properties to the market; often out in the field meeting with photographers, gardeners, painters, floor refinishers, handymen and stagers. My understanding of home renovation has proven to be very helpful in my work with buyers as they consider various housing opportunities.
