The year-to-date Average Days on Market is 47 days, down from 58 days in 2012 and significantly lower than 2012 which posted Average Days of Market of 82 days.
The year-to-date Sale Price to List Price Ratio is just over 102%.
The number of homes sold in the third quarter, 24, represents a slight decrease from the number sold in the second quarter, 27. Like Los Altos, the third quarter closings were lower than the preceding two years: 33 closed sales in 2013 and 36 closed sales in 2011.
